Communities
Residential compounds and decentralized domestic sewage collection.
XLDS SERIES / PACKAGED TREATMENT
Packaged sewage treatment equipment for communities, schools and living quarters. Configured around your influent, site and treatment target.
*Listed XLDS configuration. Final process and performance conditions are confirmed for each project.
01 / ACTUAL EQUIPMENT PHOTOGRAPH01 / WHERE IT FITS
Start with actual sewage flow, water analysis and operating conditions. Occupancy alone does not determine the equipment model.
Residential compounds and decentralized domestic sewage collection.
Review daily schedules, peak discharge and changing occupancy.
Staff accommodation and camps with defined site and operating responsibilities.
02 / TREATMENT PRINCIPLE
First zone in the listed A²/O treatment arrangement.
Project-specific biological process conditions.
Aeration within the agreed treatment configuration.
Membrane separation in the listed XLDS process.
Disinfection stage selected for the project duty.
Typical process flow — indicative only. Pretreatment, recirculation, sludge handling and detailed interfaces are defined in project engineering.

04 / EQUIPMENT DETAILS

Coated carbon steel, stainless steel 304 / 316 or FRP can be considered. Actual series construction and corrosion protection are confirmed per project.
PLC and touchscreen control can be provided. English HMI, remote monitoring and mobile alerts are optional configurations.
The register lists the main treatment unit, blower, pumps and mixer. Final equipment, quantities, interfaces and exclusions belong in the technical proposal.
Above-ground or buried arrangements can be considered. Groundwater, soil, structural loads, access and maintenance conditions require review.
DESIGN BASIS / BEFORE SELECTION
The listed XLDS inlet reference applies to the registered series configuration. It is not an effluent guarantee or a universal treatment envelope.

Equipment, documents and support form an agreed scope. Local works, services and costs are clarified before the order.
Sewage source, average and peak flow, daily hours, water analysis and discharge or reuse target.
Process, construction, controls, equipment list, interfaces and English documentation.
On-site, video or third-party inspection. Test items and acceptance criteria by agreement.
Foundations, lifting, utilities and local installation. Remote or on-site support as agreed.
PROJECT REFERENCE / ANONYMOUS
The company register records a 50 m³/d domestic sewage project with an A²/O configuration. This is a project-specific reference, separate from the current XLDS-10 / 20 / 30 model table.
Registered outlet values are contract design limits, not measured operating results. Site photography is omitted pending permission.
Average and peak flow with units, sewage source, representative analysis, target limits, daily operating hours, location, site conditions and available utilities.
No. It is the listed XLDS reference configuration. Actual process selection depends on the influent, required treatment target and operating conditions.
Remote guidance, on-site installation and commissioning support, and training can be provided. Scope, scheduling, local responsibilities, travel and costs are agreed for each project.
English operation manuals, electrical drawings and process flow diagrams can be provided within the agreed scope. The typical product process PDF is available on this page.
